Narrative Text At 1920 hours on Friday October 4, 2013 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. Seven units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1926 hours and cleared at 2000 hours. The incident
occurred at 235 Strander Blvd, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is mercantile, business. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were
also taken. Automatic aid was received on this incident.
Alarm number 1303650 has been assigned to this incident.
Upon investigation, it was determined that it was an odor coming from malfunctioning
toilets in the business. All units cleared in service and there was no furthur action
required.
