Narrative Text At 1239 hours on Monday October 28, 2013 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. Three units were assigned to this incident. Seven personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1247 hours and cleared at 1440 hours. The incident
occurred at 11400 Tukwila Intl Blvd, Tukwila in District 015. The local station is 53. The
general description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1303923 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 arrived to find a semi tractor and trailer on its side. The semi was leaking at a very
slow rate from the filling cap on one of the saddle tanks. A prowler pool was placed under
the tank and it was monitored until the truck was uprighted.

Narrative Text E53 arrived and relieved L54. E53 used 3 bags of Amerizorb on the diesel leak. E53
remained on location until the tow company was able to right the semitruck. The truck
was uprighted and was towed out of the way. The tow company then moved the load onto
another flatbed and moved it out of the way. There is no further need for fire. E53 is
returning in service.
