Four units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0906 hours and cleared at 1032 hours. The incident occurred at 5710 S 133 St, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 52. The general description of this property is lake, river, stream. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 1400379 has been assigned to this incident. E52 dispatched to a possible unk spill on the Duwamish river. E52 on location made contact with the RP. The RP showed E52 a sheen of an unk substance on top of the river. E52 requested B51 to the scene. B51 requested Boat 51 to investigate the substance. Boat 51 followed the slick up the river until the slick stopped. B51 E52 repositioned to Boat 5 Ps position at the Riverside Casino. At the casino, a dumpster for used cooking oils was found to be leaking over a storm drain. B51 made a call and informed the DOE. B51 made contact with the manager of the casino. The manager moved the dumpster and agreed to clean the dumpster and build a containment system around it. E52 B51 Boat 51 returned.
