Narrative Text E53 was dispatched to a gas leak from a vehicle in the parking lot of Marshall Tool. Upon
arrival we found the RP who pointed to a 6" gas stain on the pavement under the vehicle
(older Ford Falcon, WA Lic AAY2400). He was concerned that the vehicle may be
abandoned and be a hazard. Upon examination we found a minor leak from the fuel line
leading to the gas tank.
E53 inquired with several people and found the driver, Mr. Smith, who stated that the
vehicle belonged to his girlfriend, Jessica Redmond. Mr. Smith stated that he and a friend
would repair the leak immediately. E53 returned in service.
