Narrative Text At 0939 hours on Thursday June 12, 2014 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Four units
were assigned to this incident. One person responded. We arrived on scene at 0945 hours

Narratives
and cleared at 0949 hours. The incident occurred at 17680 Southcenter Pky, Tukwila in
District 006. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is mercantile,
business. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid was given on
this incident.
Alarm number 1402185 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 dispatched to 17680 Southcenter Pky for a reported Natural Gas leak. While in route
E51 was updated by dispatch that the source is outside near the gas meter. The first due
station is Station 51.
E51 arrived to a large Two story strip mall, not evacuated, with nothing showing.
E51 was completing a drive around 360. E51 found PSE on location and already shut
down the one effected gas meter. PSE was in the process of completing necessary repairs
and contacting property management.
E51 code greened all in coming units and returned in-service.
