Narrative Text At 0813 hours on Tuesday June 17, 2014 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Nine units
were assigned to this incident. Eight personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0822
hours and cleared at 0842 hours. The incident occurred at 3225 S 116 St, Tukwila in
District 007. The local station is 53. The general description of this property is business
office. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. Other special hoz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid was received
on this incident.

Alarm number 1402261 has been assigned to this incident.
Full alarm dispatched for a smell of natural gas inside the building.
On arrival, E52 found the structure partially evacuated with doors and roll -up doors open.
No smell of gas detected, no readings detected on combustible gas detector.
Male and Female bathrooms both had strong odor of cleaner/disinfectant (similar to Lysol
or Pinsol type cleaner) - no other odors detected.
El 9 evaluated building gas meters - working normally
E53 accessed suite 117 - nothing found
All other units cancelled at scene.
Advised occupants to call back if the smell returned, and to follow up with property
management (CBRE).
