At 0637 hours on Thursday June 19, 2014 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 0645 hours and cleared at 0657 hours. The incident occurred at

4732 SOUTHCENTER Blvd, Tukwila in District 012. The local station is 54. The general
description of this property is multifamily dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and confinement. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1402291 has been assigned to this incident.
L54 arrived to fmd a gas tank that had been drilled out in the RP's vehicle. There was a
small amount of gasoline that had already evaporated in the parking lot. We covered the
area with absorbant and made sure PD was responding to file a report.
