At 0757 hours on Sunday August 10, 2014 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
invest igation with no hazmat. Seven units were assigned to this incident. Ten personnel
rest,""",ted. We arrived on scene at 0804 hours and cleared at 0825 hours. The incident
occ • , ed at 13546 MACADAM Rd, TUKWILA in District 001. The local station is 53.
The ''eral description of this property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s)
perf ed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was
recc -Ion this incident.
Alarm number 1403100 has been assigned to this incident.
Di hed to a reported odor of gas inside an occupied house.
E5;ved to find a 2 story single family house with nothing showing and not evacuated.
E5 <t ;hi shed Macadam Command and investigated the incident having L54 standby the
hvd and all other apparatus standby 1 block out.
M n, Command found the occupants of the house complaining of feeling sick to
sto, ', and had them wait in the driveway and assigned L54 to eval the patients.
Its I ' ed and assumed Macadam Command.
