Narrative Text At 1404 hours on Friday August 15, 2014 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1408 hours and cleared at 1414 hours. The incident
occurred at 12424 42 Ave S, TUKWILA in District 0007. The local station is 53. The
general description of this property is public or government. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1403186 has been assigned to this incident.
E53 sent to an outside odor investigation.
E53 arrived and was unable to locate any odor.
RP requested to remain anonymous and left the scene prior to our arrival.
Per TCC staff, this same person has been making multiple 911 calls over the past week.
E53 returned in service.
