Two units were assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1915 hours and cleared at 1929 hours. The incident occurred at 13435 Interurban Ave S, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 52. The general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was received on this incident. Page 2 of 3 Printed: 05/04/2015 22:21:12 Incident Report 2015-1501755 -000 Tukwila Fire Department Narratives Alarm number 1501755 has been assigned to this incident. E-52 and HazMat-14 dispatched to a SPILL at the dispatched address. On our arrival we found fuel pump #2 with a slow drip the total amount of fuel spilled< I estimate at less than 1 pint. We used Amerizorb to render the area safe and removed the remainder of the fuel from the pump hose into a bucket. I contacted Pacific Pride and advised them of the issue. Pump #2 was leaking where the hose connects to the nozzle. It is possible that it became loose or someone attempted to drive off with it in there fuel spout of a vehicle. I received a call back from a Maintenance man confirming pump #2 and restating the issue.
