Tukwila Fire Department
struck by a tractor tailor. Meter had an active leak. Isolated the leak at the meter. Checked
inside the buisiness for readings on the monitor. No reading on the monitor, no LEL, smell
strong inside, opposite of where the meter was. Rollup doors opened to ventilate.
Turned scene over to PSE employee and building contact, Mike Howe. E51 in service.

E51 dispatched to a natural gas leak. Upon arrival found a gas meter which had been
struck by a tractor tailor. Meter had an active leak. Isolated the leak at the meter. Checked
inside the buisiness for readings on the monitor. No reading on the monitor, no LEL, smell
strong inside, opposite of where the meter was. Rollup doors opened to ventilate.
Turned scene over to PSE employee and building contact, Mike Howe. E51 in service.
