Four units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1556 hours and cleared at 1712 hours. The incident occurred at 7200 S 180 St, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is 51. The general description of this property is laboratory or science lababoratory. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid was received on this incident. Alarm number 1504191 has been assigned to this incident. E51 dispatched to 7200 S 180 St for a reported Hazmat incident. While in route E51 was updated by dispatch that the source of the call was a chemical solution overheated in the lab. No smoke or flames seen, no symptoms, declining aid. The first due station is Station 51. E51 arrived to find B51 on location and established 180th Command. E51 was directed to evacuated the remaining suites by 180th Command. E51 was made standby team while HM76 investigated within the building then when the established not to be an IDLH completed ventilation of the building. E51 returned in-service.
