Tukwila Fire Department (LIVE)
were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1400
hours and cleared at 1445 hours. The incident occurred at 7028 S 204 St, Kent in District
O/J. The local station is 76. The general description of this property is manufacturing,
processing. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid was given on
this incident.
Alarm number 1504320 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 dispatched to a gas leak outside the building. While enroute, B51 also added.
Dispatch notified that the leak was inside the building, in the southeast corner. A forklift
hit a gas line near the ceiling. E51 arrived and could smell the gas from the street. The
building was partially evacuated. E51 notified the manager to ensure that the building was
evacuated. The manager also directed us to the meter on the west side of the building. E51
attempted to shut off the meter, but the valve was rusted in the open position. E76 also
arrived to assist and was also unable to shut it off. PSE arrived and shut the valve. E76
remained on scene to ventilate the building. E51 and B51 returned in service.

At 1352 hours on Saturday October 10, 2015 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Five units
were assigned to this incident. Four personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1400
hours and cleared at 1445 hours. The incident occurred at 7028 S 204 St, Kent in District
O/J. The local station is 76. The general description of this property is manufacturing,
