Tukwila Fire Department (LIVE)
mvest�auon with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 2042 hours and cleared at 2050 hours. The incident
occurred at 758 Southcenter Mall, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is 51. The
general description of this property is restaurant or cafeteria. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was to provide equipment. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1504481 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 arrived to find no alarm sounding and the restaurant not evacuated. E51 met the
manager, who was on the phone with the beer distributor. The manager told us 2
employees had gone in the bar cooler and smelled a copper smell. The manager also
mentioned that there was a CO and a CO2 leak in the cooler. While on the phone with the
beer distributor, he told her to turn off all valves and bottles in an around the cooler to stop
the CO leak. E51 monitored the air with the PID. The air quality was normal. E51
confirmed that all CO2 cylinders were shut down, as the manager asked. E51 also let the
manager know that CO wouldn't have a copper smell and there was no active smell in the
bar cooler. E51 returned in service.

At 2037 hours on Wednesday October 21, 2015 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
mvest�auon with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
