At 0835 hours on Friday December 4, 2015. Three units were assigned to this incident.
Seven personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0841 hours and cleared at 0901 hours.
The incident occurred at NB I405 TO WEST VALLEY Hwy, TUKWILA in District

Narratives
T1405N. The local station is 51. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1505078 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 dispatched to 6800 NB I405 for a reported diesel spill. While in route E51 was
updated by dispatch that on the off ramp vehicles were sliding/ spinning on a diesel spill.
The first due station is Station 51.
E51 arrived to find a diesel spill coming off the freeway exit down West Valley Highway.
E51 requested that E52 block the exit and E51 and E52 spread 8 bags of absorbent in this
area. B51 requested a sand truck from Tukwila Public Works to sand down the area
effected. E51 and E52 cleared the location after mitigating the main effected area on the
off ramp.
B51 attempted to find the effected vehicle however was unsuccessful.
E51 returned in-service.
