units were assigned to this incident. Ten personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1530 hours and cleared at 1545 hours. The incident occurred at 14277 Tukwila Intl Blvd,
Tukwila in District 014. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is
department or discount store. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid
was received on this incident.
Alarm number 1505264 has been assigned to this incident.
Units were dispatched to a smell of natural gas inside the back hallway/warehouse of a
drugstore/grocery store (Bartell's). E47 arrived to take command, then E52 arrived to
investigate. Then B51 assumed command. E53 arrived and was contacted by a PSE
person who said he had just purged the gas system outside the occupancy. E52 and the
PSE tech contacted the Bartell's person, and confirmed there was no longer any odor of
natural gas. Neither E52's nor the PSE tech's monitors got any readings.
All units returned in service.

At 1527 hours on Monday December 14, 2015 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Eight
14i El
units were assigned to this incident. Ten personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1530 hours and cleared at 1545 hours. The incident occurred at 14277 Tukwila Intl Blvd,
Tukwila in District 014. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is
department or discount store. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. Automatic aid
was received on this incident.
