At 2257 hours on Wednesday December 16, 2015 we were dispatched to a flammable gas
or liquid condition. Four units were assigned to this incident. Eight personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 2306 hours and cleared at 0033 hours. The incident occurred at
7851 S 192ND St, Kent in District O/J. The local station is 51. The general description of
this property is manufacturing, processing. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. Automatic aid was given on this incident.
Alarm number 1505306 has been assigned to this incident.
E51 responded to 7851 S 192 nd St for a reported hazardous materials leak. While in route
E51 was updated by dispatch that the leak was ammonia and all employees were evacuated
from the building and they believe the leak is not shut off. The first due station is Station
76 of Kent Regional Fire Authority.
E51 arrived to find a large two story commercial structure, no alarm sounding, is
evacuated with nothing visible.
Command was established by Division 7. E51 was assigned to Hazmat Supervisor and
became standby team for entry team. E76 completed recon.
E51 was released by Command.
E51 returned in-service.
