At 1553 hours on Thursday January 14, 2016 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. Two units were assigned to this incident. Four personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1557 hours and cleared at 1607 hours. The incident
occurred at 14935 62 Ave S, Tukwila in District 003. The local station is 52. The general
description of this property is residential street, road or residential driveway. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill
control and confinement. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1600226 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 was dispatched to a gasoline spill from a driveway into the street. B51 added himself
to the call. E52 arrived to find that less than one gallon of gasoline had spilled out of a
lawnmower that had tipped over in the back of a pickup truck.
E52 used a bit of Amerizorb in the gutter, contacted the property owner, and returned in
