On arrival, E52 contacted the responsible person on scene, who directed E52 to the semi. E52 noted that Hartung employees had placed several dozen absorbent pads in the parking lot. E52 was informed that a crease and a small dripping leak had occurred on last Friday (Jan. 29), but had not been contained. E52 placed a Prowler Pool to contain the slow leak. E52 advised the responsible Hartung party that he should have a commercial spill resolution company respond for cleanup, that Hartung should notifiy DOE, and that Hartung should pump out the leaking fuel tank before having the truck towed for repair.
