were assigned to this incident. Five personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1807
hours and cleared at 2020 hours. The incident occurred at 10140 W Marginal PI S,
Tukwila in District 009. The local station is 53. The general description of this property is
motor vehicle or boat sales, services, repair. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was hazard removal. Other special haz mat actions were also taken.
Automatic aid was received on this incident.
Alarm number 1601063 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 E47 B51 dispatched to a leaking propane tank. E47 first on location found a 50 gallon
propane tank on a forklift outside leaking propane. E47 pulled a preconnect. E52 assisted
E47 with attempting to shut the valve and stop the leak. E47 unable to stop leak. B51
established command. E47 E52 stoodby as the propane leaked out into the air. HM76 was
requested to monitor the air at the adjacent building. The tank emptied itself. The scene
was left to the property owner. All units returned.

At 1759 hours on Wednesday March 9, 2016 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Four units
were assigned to this incident. Five personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1807
hours and cleared at 2020 hours. The incident occurred at 10140 W Marginal PI S,
Tukwila in District 009. The local station is 53. The general description of this property is
motor vehicle or boat sales, services, repair. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was hazard removal. Other special haz mat actions were also taken.
