At 0710 hours on Thursday March 17, 2016 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 0717 hours and cleared at 0722 hours. The incident
occurred at 13800 I-5 Fwy S, Tukwila in District 010. The local station is 53. The general
description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s) performed
at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received.
E53 arrived to fmd the reported vehicle with no fire and no one on location. On
investigating found engine had blown engine and this created smoke for reporting party.
E53 applied absorbent below engine, requested WSP to investigate and returned in service.
Alarm number 1601197 has been assigned to this incident.
