Tukwila Fire Department (LIVE)
combustible ltqutd spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1223 hours and cleared at 1234 hours. The incident
occurred at 4712 S 134 Pl, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 53. The general
description of this property is street. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and confinement. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1601227 has been assigned to this incident.
E53 dispatched to a possible gasoline spill. E53 on location found a 2X2' diesel spill on
the roadway. Approximately 200' down the road a semi/trailer was parked with another
small spill near it. The driver said he had just filled the tanks and had not tightened the cap
which caused the spill. E53 put Amerizorb down on the product. E53 returned.

At 1216 hours on Friday March 18, 2016 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible ltqutd spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1223 hours and cleared at 1234 hours. The incident
occurred at 4712 S 134 Pl, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is 53. The general
description of this property is street. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and confinement. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
