Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1503 hours and cleared at 1510 hours. The incident occurred at 14005 Tukwila Intl Blvd,
Tukwila in District 014. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is
street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 1601257 has been assigned to this incident.
E52 responded in place of L54 to a SPILL of coolant resulting from an MVA. E52
applied a minimal amount of Amerizorb to a minimal coolant spill.
E52 returned in service.

At 1500 hours on Saturday March 19, 2016 we were dispatched to a chemical spill/leak.
Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1503 hours and cleared at 1510 hours. The incident occurred at 14005 Tukwila Intl Blvd,
Tukwila in District 014. The local station is 54. The general description of this property is
street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
