E51 dispatched and responded to a combustible liquid spill on Southcenter parkway at the
100 block just south of Tukwila Parkway. Upon arrival found a black passenger car in the
middle left turn lane blocking with two occupants. The vehicle appeared normal other than
it's stopped blocking position and a very small 6" diameter puddle of what appeared to be
brake fluid at the base of the front passenger tire.
E51 blocked until TPD arrived and called for a tow (TPD). E51 placed approvimatly two
cups of amerizorb on the ground to soak up the brake fluid.
E51 returned in service once TPD showed up and assumed the scene. AJ
