The leak was in the back storage room. The odar was strong in that room, but could not be detected in any other portion of the building. Upon arrival we found the occupants had evacuated. We evacuated the occupancy next door also. I had E-13 crews shut off the gas and open all the doors to ventilate the occupancy. We then entered the building to see if we could detect any odar. Washington Natural Gas was dispatched. Upon their arrival, they did air samples and checked the equipment in the area. He could not detect any product inside the building. We checked on the roof. There was one HVAC system that had been worked on that WNG thought could be the source of the gas. We shut that unit off and informed the manager that she needed to have a service rep come out and repair it. We had another natural gas leak going on in the city at the same time as this one. The two were not related to each other. That is also the reason for all the mutual aid dispatched to this call. 10.1 • Incidedt History tor: #TF95002854 CN: $TF95002985 Xre#:'#T$95030488 Received 09/06/95 16:05:54 BY CRO3 /BROWN Entered 09/06/95 16:06:44 BY CRO3 /BROWN Dispatched 09/06/95 16:09:05 BY FD01 /CASTON Enroute 09/06/95 16:10:24 Onscene 09/06/95 16:12:31, Closed 09/06/95 17:18:11 Initial Type: NGASIN Initial Alarm Level: 1 Final Type: NGASIN (NATURAL GAS LEAK INSIDE (2A)) Pri: 1 Dispo: Alarm Lev el: 1 Police TP900 Fire TF5131 Group: T9 Beat: Police Rms: Fire Rms: Medic Rms: Loc: 16971 SOUTHCENTER PY ,TUK -- MENS WEARHOUSE, TH Name: HUNTER, KRISTIE-EMPL Addr:.
