TUKWILA FIRE DEPARTMENT INCIDENT REPORT NARRATIVE
Date: 10/28/99 Incident: 99-003646-000
Dispatched to oil on the oradway running out of a broken pipe.
On location we found two ares of a mud like substance running out of
the
hill side in three places.
We talked to employees of the Heraford Construction and Excavating Co.
They told us that the substance is drilling mud from their drilling
operation on top of the hill. They are drilling cable runs for
ATT/TCI.
They helped clean up the mud from the side walk and street. The Forman
Mr. Rob MaQuire stated that this should not happen.
T.P.D. was notified so they could help us with traffic control.
Mr. MaQuire told us that he would talk to the city engineer in the
morning.
We cleared the sceen.
