responded. We arrived on scene at 1740 hours and cleared at 1745 hours. The incident
occurred at 6100 Southcenter Bl, Tukwila in District 0005. The local station is ST52. The
general description of this property is bridge, trestle. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given
or received.
A small amount of transmission fluid had leaked on the 61st Ave bride from a MVA.
E52 crew spread some rice hull ash to reduce the slipping hazard. E52 returned.
Alarm number 99-4375 has been assigned to this incident.

combustible hquid spill. One unit was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1740 hours and cleared at 1745 hours. The incident
occurred at 6100 Southcenter Bl, Tukwila in District 0005. The local station is ST52. The
general description of this property is bridge, trestle. The primary task(s) performed at the
