Form F.P. 113 F- 0 WA State Nurses Association 1° 575 Andover Park West Building 3 Suite'21ff Tukwila, WA 98188 Contact Person: Ron Murphy Mobile: (206) 369-5442 Evergreen Electrical Systems LLC has been contracted to do the electrical work and fire alarm system for WA State Nurses Assoc.. The building is fully sprinklered and has an existing monitored Silent Night 5820 XL located in one of the complexes electrical rooms. We will be reconfiguring the existing horn/strobe circuit, (Circuit #3 2nd floor horn/strobes) to accommodate the new wall configuration and updated code requirement for strobe placement. Approximately seven additional strobes were added, see plans for locations. Including all devices on the 3 amp NACC circuit the total circuit requires .17amps with a voltage drop of 1.19 at the end of line or 19.21 with a starting voltage of 20.4 volts. This will have to be verified during the pre-test and be included in our pre-test report sent in to the City before calling in for a final inspection. There will be no changes or alterations to any other devices or the existing Silent Night FACP including any programming changes. Horn/strobes Audible alarms shall produce a sound in accordance with NFPA 72 2010 ed. And shall be temporal code. Audible shall be 70 dBA minimum and 15 dba above ambient. Strobes will be synchronized per NFPA 72-4-4.1.1 The wall strobes or hom/strobes will be mounted so that the bottom of the lens is not less than 80" or greater than 96" above the finished floor. No other changes will be made to the system outside of this tenet improvement. Any unseen deficiencies discovered during construction will be brought to the Cities attention if needed. All devices will be tested at pre-test and any devices found to have deficiencies or dirty will be replaced.
