Any leakage that results in a loss of pressure in excess of 1.5 psi for the 24 hours shall be corrected. • These conditions apply to all sprinkler piping exposed as necessary to accomplish the permitted scope of work. OPERATION During fire conditions, the heat -sensitive liquid in the glass bulb expands, causing the glass to shatter, releasing the pip cap and sealing spring assembly.
