AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW CHAPTER 3.26 OF THE TUKWILA MUNICIPAL CODE (TMC) ENTITLED, "BUSINESS AND OCCUPATION TAX"; ESTABLISHING TMC CHAPTER 3.27 ENTITLED "BUSINESS AND OCCUPATION TAX ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS"; PROVIDING FOR A REFERENDUM PROCESS. All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend the virtual meeting, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
