NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the items
listed below on Monday, November 14, 2022 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the following telephone
number for the public to participate in the meeting: 1-253-292-9750, 670077847#. Click here to:

meeting will also be conducted on-site at Tukwila City Hall, 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA.

FIRST AND LAST NAME, AND REFERENCE THE PUBLIC HEARING TOPIC IN THE SUBJECT LINE, BY 5:00 P.M. ON

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW CHAPTER 3.26 OF THE TUKWILA
MUNICIPAL CODE (TMC) ENTITLED, "BUSINESS AND OCCUPATION TAX";
ESTABLISHING TMC CHAPTER 3.27 ENTITLED "BUSINESS AND OCCUPATION
TAX ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS"; PROVIDING FOR A REFERENDUM
PROCESS.
All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on
this issue. For those unable to attend the virtual meeting, you may submit written testimony
to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
