The recessed meeting of the Tukwila Town Council was called to
order by the Mayor, Charles O. Baker, at 8 :00 P.M. Councilmen present
were Stan Minkler, A. G. Radford, E. W. Ives and Jerry Hamilton.
Mayor Baker announced the election to advance Tukwila to a `third 0�
Class City had carried.
Mr Minkler moved Ord. 341 fixing rates for sewer charges, be /b
placed on its first reading, seconded by Mr. Hamilton and carried.
Mr. Ives moved Ord. 341 be placed on its second reading, seconded
by Mr. Hamilton and carried. Mr. Ives moved Ord. 341 be pil&ced on its
third readin and final passage, seconded by Mr. namilton and carried.

Mr. Hamilton moved Ord. 342, relating to sanitary sewers, be
placed on its first reading, seconded by Mr. Ives and carried. Mr.
Ives moved Ord. 342 be placed on its second reading, seconded by I
Mr. Hamilton and carried. Mr. Hamilton moved Ord. 342 be placed on
its third reading and final passage, seconded by Mr. Ives and carried.
Mr. Hamilton moved Ord. 343, amending Ord. 333, be placed on
its first reading, seconded by Mr. Ives and carried. Mr. Ives moved
Ord. 343 be placed on its second reading., seconded by Mr. Hamilton\
and carried. Mr. Hamilton moved Ord. 343 be placed on its third
reading and final passage, seconded by Mr. Ives and carried.
The Council discussed with Mr. Burzenski the moving of the South
meter, the repairs on the new streets in the development.
Mr. Hamilton moved Ord. 344, authorizing acceptance of an
easement agreement from the City of Seattle for water mains and
sewers, be placed on its first reading, seconded by Mr. Ives and
carried.
Mr. Ives moved meeting adjourn, seconded by Mr. Hamilton and
carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10 :30.
