ORDINANCE NO. 217
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1953 FOR TILE PAYJy1ENT OF
THE CURRENT MUNICIPAL EXPENSES AND THE REDEMPTION OF DEBT.
WHEREAS, the Town (ouncil of the Town of Tukwila, King Lounty,
Washington, at a regular meeting thereof, held the sixth day of
October, 1952, made the following estimate of the expenditures and
receipts from all sources other than direct taxation upom the real
and personal property of the said Town of Tukwila for the ensuing
year of 1953.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIL TOWN ,OUNCIL 01 T aL TGWN OF
TUK'iwILA, WASHINGTON:
Section 1. That for the purpose of raising funds with which to pay
the expenditures as above enumerated, together with the
redemption of debt for the Town of Tukwila for the ensuing year of
1953, there shall be certified to the County Assessor of King County,
Washington, the sum of FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HTJND1 D SIXTY-ONE DOLLARS
and SIXTY -TWO CENTS(w4561.62), as the amount to be raised by general
taxation upon the real and personal property embraced within the cor-
porate limits of the Town of Tukwila, as shown by the assessment roll:
of King County for the year 1953.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED THE TOWN UOUNCIL and signed by the hayor this 6th. day of
October 1952.
