1992, and
WHEREAS, Clyde West was low bid at $118,134.10, but had 19 bid item excep-
tions, and
WHEREAS, the hopper capacity and axle capacity are significant exceptions on
the Clyde West, and
WHEREAS, the Ben- Ko-Matic (CF -8000) meets the axle capacity, hopper size, and
strain gauge, as well as the other specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Clyde West representative attended the Utility meeting, and the
Utility Committee concurs in the administrative recommendation to reject the low bid
and award to Ben- Ko -Matic,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES that the Clyde West low bid be rejected
and the award be made for the Ben- Ko-Matic (CF- 8000).

at a regular meeting thereof this 28th day of September 1992.
