A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, DECLARING SURPLUS
ONE HOUSE CURRENTLY LOCATED ON PROPERTY
PURCHASED BY THE CITY OF TUKWILA.
WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila has purchased a parcel of property for street
improvement purposes which contains a house;
WHEREAS, the house has no value to the City as City -owned property, and is, in
its current condition, a liability to the City; and
WHEREAS, the house therefore needs to be removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. House Surplus. The City declares the house on the parcel commonly
described as 3436 S. 130th surplus to the City's needs.
Pursuant to Tukwila Municipal Code Chapter 2.64, the City Clerk shall cause a
call for bids to be published for the disposition of the house and its removal from the
parcel.
