CONDEMNED.
This structure must be VACATED BY November 21, 2022, and MAY NOT BE
OCCUPIED until the entire building meets ALL current Building, Fire, and other
applicable codes, This Structure is Unsafe and Its Occupancy Has Been
Prohibited by the Code Officiai. it is unlawful for any person to enter such
structure except for the purpose of securing the structure, making the required
repairs, removing the hazardous condition, or of demolishing the same. Any
person who shall occupy this structure, and any owner, owner's authorized
