At US Bank Tukwila. 151 Andover Park East a duct detector in the rooftop penthouse HVAC unit was tied into the existing fire alarm system. The duct detector in place is a 4 wire photoelectric duct detector "Innovair flex". Please refer to attached cut sheet. The electric wiring was completed and terminated at the existing fire alarm control panel. The panel is a Firelite MS9200UD addressable panel. The duct detector is therefore on an individual panel address and will report as a zone 5 supervisory signal. Attached to the three (3) copies of this written description is the check for $75.00 for a City of Tukwila Fire Department permit and the requested cut sheet of the device in place.
