Architectural plans which show the existing floor plan and the proposed floor plan which include but not limited to walls that have been or will be removed, walls that have been constructed, existing windows, new windows; and 4. Obtain additional permits, required by the TMC, related to the remodel and/or addition, including Electrical, Plumbing & Gas, and Mechanical.
