Council President McLeod opened the meeting at 5:30 p.m.
Budget Summary
Ms. Carlsen presented an overview of the budget conditions for 2023-2024.
Public Comment
Finance & Governance Committee Chair Quinn made remarks and opened the meeting for public
comment.
The following individuals addressed the Council:

No decisions were made and the meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
