Council President McLeod called the meeting to order.
City Council Q&A Review
Councilmembers and staff reviewed the list of responses.
Capital Projects
Councilmembers discussed the proposed Capital Improvement Program.
Revenues
Councilmembers discussed potential revenue sources.
Next Steps
Councilmembers agreed to continue budget discussions at existing Committee of the Whole and
Regular Meetings, and to save November 22 for a possible work session. Councilmembers took
turns discussing their current considerations and questions regarding the budget.
No decisions were made, and questions needing staff follow-up or items needing additional
discussion were noted in a tracking document.
