ORDINANCE NO. 16 77
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1978 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 1045 AND AUTHORIZING THE REDEMPTION
OF L.I.D. 19 and 20 REVENUE WARRANTS OUT OF THE
WATER /SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND NO. 403.
WHEREAS, there are unpaid 1975 revenue warrants applicable to
L.I.D. 19 and 20 amounting to $151,843.14, and
WHEREAS, there is only $44,047.00 in grant funds available to
redeem all the above outstanding revenue warrants, and
WHEREAS, the remaining unpaid balance of such warrants amounting
to $107,796.14 can be redeemed from funds available in the Water /Sewer construction
fund, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 815, applicable to L.I.D. 20, has authorized
the expenditure of these funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 1978 budget is hereby amended to appropriate
unanticipated revenue in the Water /Sewer construction fund as follows:

403/534.70.65 Construction Projects $18,742
Section 2. That the redemption of L.I.D. 19 and 20 revenue
warrants in the amount of $107,796.14 is hereby authorized out of the
Water /Sewer construction fund No. 403.
