ORDINANCE NO. ID 7-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL TO ACCEPT
AND USE ALL DONATIONS MADE TO THE CITY.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
In accordance with RCW 35.21.100, the Mayor and the City
Council are hereby authorized to accept by Resolution money or property
donated, devised, or bequeathed to the City of Tukwila and carry out
the terms of the donation, devise, or bequest on behalf of the City.
If no terms or conditions are attached to the donation, devise, or
bequest the City will expend or use it for any municipal purpose.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
