AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING HOUSE BILL 98 REGARDING
THERMAL AND DESIGN STANDARDS FOR NEW DWELLINGS
AS DESCRIBED IN R.C.W. 19.27.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, as follows:
The Thermal Performance and Design Standards as specified in
Section 19.27.200 through 19.27.300 of the R.C.W., three copies of said
Standards of which are on file in the office of City Clerk, regulating
the installation of insulation in dwellings constructed after September
21, 1977 is adopted by reference and made a part hereof as though fully
set forth in this Ordinance.
