THE GRANTOR, Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority, a regional transit
authority organized under the laws of the State of Washington, for and in consideration of
mutual benefits, conveys and quit claims to the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation, all
Grantor's right, title and interest in and to that certain real property situated in the County of
King, State of Washington, legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof, as such rights, title and interests were conveyed to Grantor in that certain Stipulated
Decree of Appropriation. Cause No. 07-2-07466-0 KNT, filed in the Superior Court of
Washington for King County on November 19, 2007, (hereinafter the "Acquisition
Document"), and recorded November 20, 2007 under King County Recording No.
20071120001817
