Expiration of Plan Review -Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work on the site authorized by such permit
is commenced within 180 days after its issuance, or if the work authorized on the site by such permit is suspended or
abandoned for a period of 180 days after the time the work is commenced. The Fire Marshal is authorized to grant, in
writing, one or more extensions of time, for periods not more than 180 days each. The extension shall be requested in writing
and justifiable cause demonstrated.

Please find enclosed plans for FIRE ALARM SYSTEM at the above
location. The system has been designed per NFPA 72, 96 edition
requirements as well as WAC, UBC, NEC current and your additional
requirements.
The system shall monitor by zone, as well as separate trouble
signals. Monitoring shall be provided via UL listed Central
Station, The Alarm Center LACEY, WA., over a dual line separate
carrier public switched system, DACT. A full service and
monitoring agreement is in force for the proper service and
maintenance per NFPA requirements. All systems shall be UL
certificated and placard. A full pre-test and NFPA form shall be
conducted and completed prior to calling the And' for acceptance
testing.
Fire alarm consists of monitoring one hood suppression switch and
one smoke unit above facp.

The Main Power Supply
The MS-5024UD provides regulated power for operating the fire alarm control panel. operating external devices,
and operating the standby battery. The power for operating external devices is limited. Use Table A -2A (standby or
non -alarm) and Table A -2B (alarm) to determine if external loading is within the capabilities of the power supply.
Concerning 4 -wire smoke detectors: Be sure to power detectors from TB -4, Terminals 3 and 4.
