AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
ACCEPTING DONATIONS FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AID
CAR.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
That donations totalling $60 are hereby gratefully
accepted from Mr. Robert A. Havemann in memory of his
wife, Mrs. Iva Havemann.
Donations are to be used to help equip the Fire
Department Aid Car.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
at a regular meeting thereof, this /Iv day of tju 1978.

OFFICIAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City
of Tukwila, pursuant to RCW 39.04.020, has adopted
Ordinance No. 1069 at an emergency meeting held July 24,
1978. The purpose of the ordinance is to authorize the
Mayor and Public Works Director to take immediate action
to repair or replace the 12 -inch water line crossing the
Green River south of South 180th Street. It further
authorized the expenditure of not more than $15,000 from
the Water Fund for the repair or replacement.
