Joe will place a single antenna on the tower at 85 ft pointed at 70 degrees and run a single coaxial cable from the antenna to the old Sprint/Nextel building at the base of the tower. No construction of any kind or electrical work will be required as this is complete building and ice bridge we are using. Joe will remove any Sprint/Nextel abandoned antenna, cable or mounting to allow the installation of our new antenna as necessary. City of Tukwila BUILDING DIVISION 18.58.030 Exemptions. The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to the following: 1. Wireless communication facilities permits are not required for subparagraphs 1.a through 1.e of this section; however, a building permit may be required for work on buildings: a. Routine maintenance and repair of wireless communication facilities. This shall not include changes in height or dimensions of towers or buildings; provided that the wireless communication facility received approval from the City of Tukwila or King County for the original placement, construction or subsequent modification. b. Changing of antennas on wireless communication facilities is exempt from wireless facilities permits, provided the total area of the new antennas and support structure is not increased more than 10% of the previous area or the area is reduced. c. Changing or adding additional antennas within a previously permitted concealed building -mounted installation is exempt provided there is no visible change from the outside.• d.
