PERMIT CONDITIONS: 1: ***BUILDING PERMIT CONDITIONS*** 2: All permits, inspection record card and approved construction documents shall be kept at the site of work and shall be open to inspection by the Building Inspector until final inspection approval is granted. 3: The special inspections for steel elements of buildings and structures shall be required. All welding shall be done by a Washington Association of Building Official Certified welder. 4: When special inspection is required, either the owner or the registered design professional in responsible charge, shall employ a special inspection agency and notify the Building Official of the appointment prior to the first building inspection. The special inspector shall furnish inspection reports to the Building Official in a timely manner. 5: A final report documenting required special inspections and correction of any discrepancies noted in the inspections shall be submitted to the Building Official.
