He pointed out the two bathrooms and the work that was performed (plumbing mostly) and located in the walk -out basement is a new bedroom. As we discussed the plans, he commented about the electrical work, window work, changed interior doors, plumbing work, and interior painting. Bill Rambo came over to speak with Devin and 1, and I explained who Devin is and why he stopped in today. With that, I asked Devin to keep in touch and left the counter. Bill Rambo continued the conversation with Devin regarding the applications and drawings.
