Inspect and maintain this stabilization weekly and immediately before, during and following storms. 11: From May 1 through September 30, inspect and maintain temporary erosion prevention and sediment at least monthly. All disturbed areas of the site shall be permanently stabilized prior to final construction approval. 12: Sewer and water utilities shall be plugged at the mains if they are to be abandoned. As per our conversation on 12/7/18, I explained that the house had fire damage primarily to the upper level and the roof truss system. I convinced my clients to remove all the framing down to the foundation as it was exposed to the weather for some time. To ensure a quality structure, it would be best to rebuild the house from the foundation up. The foundation was inspected by the city of Tukwila inspectors when it was built (old permit number D99-0196) and I'm also attaching two inspection sheets for the footing and +b.e foundation. The updated engineering and current energy and building codes were brought up to code for a new single family residence identical from the previous home (to be demolished) and purchased from the same architect firm. The plans also specify the same location of the straps and the shear schedule as the home that will be removed. Therefore, I do not believe it is necessary to remove the foundation and concrete as there is no damage to it, and the new plans are set to the existing foundation. This was submitted to the city of Tukwila for review on 11/29/18. Thank -you for your time and attention in reviewing my request.
