• Commissioners and City staff debriefed the committee on individual updates and
reports regarding City services impacts due to the coronavirus, the biennial
budget and the Police Chief search.
• Commissioners brainstormed ideas on the 2021 workplan and discussed how
2021 ESJC budget funds should be allocated. Commissioners were tasked to bring
back ideas to the January meeting to begin planning and building out the 2021
workplan and ESJC budget.
